and reasonable amount of anxiety in stressful situations. These people
might get frustrated because they feel like they are doing everything
they can and still the sweating problem persists.
This is also true for people who might take beta-blockers in order to
curb the anxiety that can lead to a sweating problem. While
anti-depressants can affect mood, this does not necessarily curb all
form of excessive Sweating problem. There are oral medications available
for excessive sweating problems, but these may have contraindications
with beta-blockers or may be ineffective. Oral medication prescribed for
a sweating problem can have harsh side effects and may need to be taken
for a long time.
Excessive sweating problems are not usually a temporary condition—they
are chronic, a life long prospect. Even if medication is effective, the
patient will need to take the medication for his or her entire lifetime.
The only completely effective and permanent solution for a Sweating
problem is surgery. It will cut out the problem entirely so the patient
can go on living a productive life without thinking about the sweating
problem ever again.
